Every line item maps to a specific event, a date, a lead, and an outcome status in the Revenue Engine. You can verify each outcome against your own CRM.
During setup we establish two-way communication between the Revenue Engine and your CRM. Appointments booked, yes or no on proposals, reactivated leads and referral leads are all visible in your CRM.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, we review the log together. If the log does not support the charge, we remove it. If it does, the charge stands.
Every touchpoint, such as a call, message, booking, or response, is recorded at the time it happens. Manual entries elsewhere do not affect the invoice.
If your team marks a lead that is not in our system as qualified in your CRM, it does not bill. If they cancel an appointment directly in their calendar without using the system's cancel link, that appointment may still bill, because the sit was logged as held at the time of verification. Working with the system is vital for accurate billing.
The Revenue Engine logs what happened. The invoice reflects exactly that.
The engine needs volume and connected infrastructure to run. These are the minimum conditions required to stay active.
Sufficient calendar capacity means at least 1.5× the number of Sit Appointments from the past 14 days, with a minimum of 25 available slots across all Solar Consultant calendars in the next 4 weeks.
When any system requirement is not met, we contact you and help you restore it.
When conditions cannot be restored within 72 hours, parts of the Revenue Engine may pause. It keeps accepting new leads in a buffer for when conditions are restored. Response times and results are affected.
During a pause, a daily minimum of $20 is charged to keep the system live and ready to resume.
When conditions are restored, the engine resumes. You are not penalized for a slow month.

The engine stops accepting new leads from the moment you notify us. Wind-down billing applies to any leads already in progress. They are processed to their natural outcome.
Your final invoice reflects only confirmed, logged results.
If the Revenue Engine fails due to a Flowstate error, such as a misconfiguration, integration failure, or system fault on our side, the engine and billing stop immediately.
Any results generated during the fault period are reviewed and removed if affected.
Charging for outcomes after they have been delivered removes the need for refunds. If you believe a charge is incorrect, we review the log together. If the log does not support the charge, we refund it. If it does, the charge stands.
The initial deposit is pro rata refundable if the initial setup fails or the system requirements were met and the Revenue Engine was not able to produce the results.
You already paid for your leads. Every lead that does not convert is money spent with nothing to show for it.
Most vendors charge for effort. A retainer arrives at the end of the month whether results happened or not.
