Here is exactly what happens between paying the deposit and go-live.
Most companies are live within two weeks. How fast it moves depends on your availability and the availability of your Solar Consultants for a few short calls.
You will receive a link to your intake form. It is a multi-page form that covers everything we need to configure the Revenue Engine for your business.
It saves automatically as you move through it, so you don't lose what you already put in.
Most of it you can answer off the top of your head. Where we can, we pre-fill fields based on what we already know about your business.
When you submit, we compile everything into one document and send it back to you for a final review before we touch anything.
Implementing the Revenue Engine, though easy, is not a small step. It changes how every lead is handled from the moment it comes in.
We take that seriously.
Your team needs to know you are implementing the Revenue Engine. If they have any questions or concerns, have them talk to Lisa.
In our experience, there are always a few people in any team who are skeptical. That's fine. The best thing we can do is show them the system. In your branding, in your voice, talking about your products, just before it goes live.
When they can talk to it themselves, most skeptics become supporters.
For the Revenue Engine to operate legally, every lead that enters the system must have given prior express written consent to be contacted by automated systems.
That consent has to be collected at the point where the lead is generated. Inside the form they fill out, with a checkbox they actively tick.
We will tell you exactly what the consent language needs to say and where it needs to appear. Then you need to make sure it gets implemented.
In practice, this usually means several conversations on your end: one with the agency running your ads on Meta or Google, one with your lead generators, and one with your webmaster. They all need to add the consent checkbox to their forms.
We will also give you a lead form that is directly connected to the Revenue Engine, with consent built in. You can embed it on your website, or we can set up a direct feed from your existing website form into our system. Either way, consent has to be inside the form. Not buried in a footer, not in the terms. In the form, checked by the lead.
This cannot be skipped or done later.
We pride ourselves on being an AI-first company. But some things can only be done by humans. So this call will be the first time you will meet one of the founders.
We schedule a Google Meet. You share your screen and allow us to move your mouse. That way we can do the integration work at our speed while you stay in control of what gets entered.
You type the passwords. You enter the API keys. We never see them.
On this call we connect your lead sources, set up the CRM integration, configure any webhooks needed, and import your existing DNC lists if you have them.
Have your logins and API keys ready before this call. The faster you can access them, the faster the call moves, and the more likely we can handle everything in one call.
We schedule a short call with each of your Solar Consultants to connect their calendar. These calls are quick. Ten minutes per person, no preparation needed on their end.
Notify your Solar Consultants beforehand that you are implementing the Revenue Engine and that they can expect an email from us.
We review everything in the intake document. If anything is unclear, we come back to you before we proceed. We do not configure on assumptions.
We prepare your Revenue Engine. We configure every component, ready to be activated. We make it look, feel, and sound like your business. We train the AI systems on your products, your market, your tone, and your team.
When it is ready, we invite you and your team to test drive it. You experience it as your leads will. You can talk to the AI, go through the booking flow, and see exactly how your company comes across.
We are not aiming for perfect. We are aiming for good and ready.
After your feedback we make final adjustments, run our checks, and go live.
Before anything goes live, you and your team get to experience the Revenue Engine as your leads will.
You can talk to the AI. Go through the booking flow. See exactly how your company comes across.
In our experience, there are always a few people in any team who are skeptical. When they can talk to it themselves, most skeptics become supporters.
When it passes your review, we go live.
You get access to a password-protected dashboard. The main view shows your KPIs across all active components. Sit Appointments delivered, proposals followed up, leads reactivated, reviews collected, referral leads generated. You see the numbers as they move.
There is also a detailed outcomes tab. Every delivered outcome listed line by line. Each one mapped to a specific lead, a date, an event in the Revenue Engine, and an outcome status. If you want to cross-reference anything against your CRM, everything you need is there.
The dashboard is the source of truth for billing. What shows up there is what you get charged for. Nothing more.
Appointments start appearing in their calendars without them having to chase leads. They no longer make their own appointments. They no longer follow up on proposals. The system handles both. When a proposal is close to a decision, they get brought back in to close it.
The routing logic clusters appointments by area where it can, so travel time stays manageable. It is not always perfect, but the system makes a reasonable effort.
Over time, the lead quality improves. Reviews, reactivated leads, and referrals produce warmer conversations with people who already have a reason to trust the company. Those are easier meetings. They close at a higher rate.
There is nothing for your Solar Consultants to set up or change. From their side, the system is invisible. They just show up and sell.
All support goes through Lisa. She is our inbound Voice AI, available on the website around the clock.
If your question is something Lisa cannot resolve, she flags it and we handle it directly. You will hear from us.
We are an AI-first company. Lisa is not a workaround for not having a support team. She is how we support clients by design.
